The Whole...

we sojourn outside
in quest of the whole
we delve inside
in search of the whole

when the time is ripe
for us to know
we realize
that it is from the whole
that the whole is materialized

there is more to understand
there is more to learn
about the mystical power
that designs the domains
even after the whole
is taken out from the whole
the whole still remains!

Enlivened

the set of events
that unfolded
had triggered
the unwarranted
first...
she lost her sleep, and
then the tears
eventually, the edginess
and turmoil took over 

it took the quietness
and, nothingness
of several nights
to set things clear
in lucid light
faith restored
reignited her spark
it enlivened her soul
it enlivened her heart

just like

how the seasons do

stop not, then

do not succumb

even when the travails

hit you low

stumbling blocks

will pave way

to clear paths

universe will guide

you through

bestowing you with signs

guiding you to a world

that is waiting for you!

there are so many moods
that soothe you
heal you
make you groove
sensitizing every feeling
be it happiness, sadness
emptiness
passion or love
there is always a chord
that resonates within you
riveting, gripping
expressing
where words fail
reflecting
what you are going through

dance with the rhythm
let the music flow
there is music for you
there is music for me
there is music for every soul!

Free Will

we live in a world

that chains us

with fears, and

traps us in a race

we think we have not

made the choice, and

that it is preordained

a fate we are born with

but this is untrue

because it is

we who have

made that choice

to be infringed upon

to be tossed, turned

hassled and wired

yielding to the perils

of endless expectations

doing things which we

really do not understand

achieving a myriad

of unwanted goals

at the expense

of burning our souls

in a twilight revelation

of the glorious light

I decided freedom

it shall be for

the rest of my life

I choose the unbidden

I choose serendipity

I choose FREE WILL

I choose to be ME!

We often lament about

what life does not offer us

but in reality

it is we

who do not appreciate

the little joys

that forever lasts!

life has so many things

to be grateful for ~

the joy of breathing

the joy of seeing

the joy of smelling

the joy of hearing

the joy of feeling

the joy of loving

the joy of caring

the joy of giving

the joy of living

as nature's

most wonderful, and

powerful being!
